Great, very organized and they really took care of our belongings. They are also very efficient. They are also very courteous.

Rates and procedures were well laid out. Communication was straightforward and clear. Delays and issues well handled.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were very accommodating, friendly & professional. They all moved so fast, making sure everything is neatly wrapped. Best part is they took care of our stuff with utmost care. You definitely get top service at the best rate with Goetz!

They exceeded my expectations when they helped us move to another condo unit. I was so surprised wjth how quick the team was in packing and unpacking our things. Even my small accessories were packed then unpacked well- all items were intact in my jewelry containers. When they were unpacking our items into the new unit, they had the initiative to start putting things in proper shelves and cabinets (ex. Plates, glasses, kitchenware). Since it was Christmas, they were even willing to help put up our tree but told them that we could handle that :) An exceptional experience where all I had to do was sit back and relax.

[name removed by Sirelo] worked extremely hard on our behalf and I cannot express the depth of our gratitude for his efforts, his professionalism and reliable communication. Our US shipper was not so good, we waited more than nine months for our container to be delivered. [name removed by Sirelo] made it an expedited process on this end and helped overcome the hurtles incurred with the container company, facilitated our participation in customs inspection, and secured release and delivery to our new home. Thank you [name removed by Sirelo] and the whole Goetz team for your exemplary work, You are the best.

Very good communication throughout the delivery. They were honest in expectations on when the delivery could take place and what the delays were. The entire team was very professional and courteous at all times.

Some feedback for even better service would including conducting an actual survey of the delivery location a day or two before delivery to ensure there are no problems. We found out the outdoor electrical cables were too low for the delivery truck when the delivery truck arrived. This would have been noted during a survey and alternate plans could have been made for a smaller truck, etc.

Also, there should be one person who's job it is to track boxes as they are removed from the truck/container and taken into the residence. That should be that person's main focus and they should not be carrying good insides as they might miss someone taking an item inside.

This is just minor feedback to help improve an already excellent team/company.
