Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were very accommodating, friendly & professional. They all moved so fast, making sure everything is neatly wrapped. Best part is they took care of our stuff with utmost care. You definitely get top service at the best rate with Goetz!

They exceeded my expectations when they helped us move to another condo unit. I was so surprised wjth how quick the team was in packing and unpacking our things. Even my small accessories were packed then unpacked well- all items were intact in my jewelry containers. When they were unpacking our items into the new unit, they had the initiative to start putting things in proper shelves and cabinets (ex. Plates, glasses, kitchenware). Since it was Christmas, they were even willing to help put up our tree but told them that we could handle that :) An exceptional experience where all I had to do was sit back and relax.

Our US shipper was not so good, we waited more than nine months for our container to be delivered. [name removed by Sirelo] made it an expedited process on this end and helped overcome the hurtles incurred with the container company, facilitated our participation in customs inspection, and secured release and delivery to our new home.
